One of our experienced Innova consultants will come to your property, measure the area, assess the site and discuss the look you would like to achieve with a pergola. After the consultation, we will submit our proposal to you outlining every detail of the job, as we discussed, and options to proceed.
Our planning process is built around your wish-list. You will collaborate with our team to ensure that your needs, your budget, and your schedule are being met. Our construction manager will visit your property to check the site and measurements. We will then arrange materials and draw up a time schedule for you.
Our design team will provide a design customized to your space. We can provide a three-dimensional model of your new pergola and provide a “sun study” to ensure you are getting the performance that you want. We will review every option and every detail with you. We are in constant direct communication with the manufacturer and together we will ensure that every detail will meet your expectations.
We will let you know when the materials are delivered, and when construction will start. Construction times vary depending on the size of your project. Our team will advise you of construction timeframes well before we commence onsite. Once your project is complete, your dedicated construction team will provide a final inspection ensuring your property is free of any construction waste and all aspects of the structure is finished to the highest standard.
